Benefits are available to eligible, full-time employees. Benefits for employees are available through bi-monthly weekly contributions. Coverage is effective the 1st of the month following the employee’s 1st full calendar month.

401(k) Retirement Savings Program:
Our 401(k) plan is administered by ING and is available to all full time employees that are 21 years of age or older. This flexible plan allows employees the opportunity to contribute up to $16,500 per year through convenient pre-tax payroll deductions. Your contribution may be invested in stocks, bonds, mutual funds and/or money funds. Our Plan Administrator can assist employees with rollovers and other financial/investment issues.
iVantage Group does not have a matching contribution plan at this time.

Bi-Monthly Payroll (Direct Deposit Available):
Employees are paid twice monthly; the 15th and last day of each calendar month. The last day of the month will include hours worked the 1st –15th of that month. The check on the 15th will be for the 16th through the last day of the previous month.
