Juliet Shrader leads iVantage management team in setting the organization's vision, direction, and growth strategies. Under her leadership, iVantage has honed its specialty in finding the hard to find people who are the ideal candidates for the talent needs of its clients, including Carhartt, Blue Cross Blue Shield, and GM OnStar. As a result, iVantage has experienced sustained growth, and acquired several significant, national clients.
Prior to joining iVantage Group, Shrader was an executive with a leading advertising firm where she worked with clients including Borders Books, MLive, and the Grand Hotel to establish and deliver marketing communications strategies. She also owned a consulting business where she worked with executives on planning and executing special, strategic projects.
A talented entrepreneur with a passion for supporting minorities and women in business, Shrader is involved with the Women’s Presidents Organization, the Michigan Minority Supplier Diversity Council, and the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council. Shrader also actively supports a range of nonprofits, including The Pink Fund, American Red Cross, Brighton Area Schools, Big Brothers Big Sisters, and Forgotten Harvest.
Shrader is an alumna of Michigan State University.

Today, he not only stimulates the vision of iVantage to serve those needs for talent, but he manages the sales and recruiting efforts of the entire organization while continuing to maintain relationships with strategic clients.

Carey Allen is a senior member of the iVantage recruiting team with a focus on recruiting and mentoring team members. His roles at iVantage have included establishing the accounting and operations of the company. Allen is a senior level professional with a deep and wide background in the technology staffing industry. His career started working on the technical side of the industry in various roles from project manager to analyst to developer on large and small projects for a variety of industries. He later moved into the role of a recruiter, additional experience included managing the finance and operations of multiple organizations. He is an excellent communicator and can interface with all levels of management on both the business and technical sides of the business.
